"Dr. Kim, Julie, and the entire technician staff at Reston Orthodontics are the absolute best! My mom and I were both genuinely taken aback when we first visited due to how nice, professional, quick, and attentive the entire office is. I had originally been undergoing an orthodontic treatment with another company but the end results left me with still slightly crooked teeth and an extremely unaligned bite. I found Dr. Kim’s practice and I am forever thankful because she has saved my mouth in such a short amount of time with an Invisalign treatment. As a college student, I was super happy that they could quickly get me in for my first appointment on such short notice and that they could fast order my Invisalign trays so that I’d have them before I went back to school. Julie, who manages the front desk and a lot of the behind the scenes work it seems, made the initial contact, payment process, and communication with the office super easy and also just a joy. Thanks to Dr. Kim, not only do my teeth look incredibly straight but my bite is now comfortable and aligned! I always leave my appointments feeling welcomed and cared for by everyone in the office, from start to finish. It’s worth mentioning that their practice is always super tidy and clean and that they have taken appropriate and reassuring measures to ensure the safety of their patients as well as their staff during COVID. "I was recommended Reston Ortho by my dentist but figured I'd do some research. I gave them a shot based on all the positive reviews and I couldn't be more happy with my choice! I'm doing Invisalign and am approaching the end of my treatment. My appointments always start on time and their schedule is flexible, starting as early as 7am some days. They are so easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. The front desk (shout out to Julie!) is wonderful and always remembers my name."
